In Saturday's non-league contest, the Blum Bobcats (Blum, TX) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Millsap Bulldogs (Millsap, TX), by a margin of 10-1.

With the triumph, Blum moves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Hico (Hico, TX) to play the Tigers in a 1A Region II District 12 contest on Friday, April 5. The Tigers come into the contest with a record of 2-5.

In their next game, the Bulldogs play the Breckenridge Buckaroos (Breckenridge, TX) in a 3A Region I District 8 contest, on Tuesday, March 5. Millsap will attempt to move on its 15-4 season record. The Buckaroos come into the contest with a 11-8 record after their 2-2 non-league Springtown (Springtown, TX).
