Eastside Lions (Lancaster, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Rosamond Roadrunners (Rosamond, CA), 13-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Lions now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rosamond for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 2. Eastside will face a Roadrunners squad coming off a 15-3 non-league loss to Vasquez (Acton, CA). The Roadrunners record now stands at 1-2.
