Three Rivers Bulldogs (Three Rivers, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Karnes City Badgers (Karnes City, TX), 12-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 14-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cole for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 2. Three Rivers will face a Cougars squad coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Bloomington (Bloomington, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 3-12.

With the loss, Karnes City falls to 13-4 on the campaign. The Badgers travel to Runge (Runge, TX) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 2. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a record of 0-3. Runge lost 16-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Poteet (Poteet, TX)
