The St. John Eagles routed the visiting Port Allen Pelicans softball squad by a count of 18-0 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Eagles (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against West Feliciana (St. Francisville, LA). The Saints go into the non-league battle with a 3-9 record. In their last battle, West Feliciana topped St. Martinville (St. Martinville, LA), 19-0, in a non-league battle.

The Pelicans now sport a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Family Christian for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 5.
