The Georgetown Bulldogs triumphed over the visiting Block Bears softball squad by a count of 15-0 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs meet the Rapides Mustangs (Lecompte, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 3. Georgetown will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 12-1 non-league loss to Oak Hill (Hineston, LA).
The Bears (1-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Harrisonburg (Harrisonburg, LA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Harrisonburg achieved victory over Block (Jonesville, LA), 16-5, in a non-league battle.
