North Carolina High School Softball - Sanderson tipped by Broughton

Broughton Capitals (Raleigh, NC) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Sanderson Spartans (Raleigh, NC), 17-15 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Broughton betters its record to 2-0 on the season. The Capitals host Green Level (Cary, NC) to confront the Gators in a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 4. The Gators come into the battle with a record of 1-0. Green Level won 15-0 in their recent non-league battle against Felton Grove (Apex, NC)

With the loss, Sanderson moves to 0-2 on the season. The Spartans host Millbrook (Raleigh, NC) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Thursday, March 5. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 0-2. Millbrook lost 10-2 in their recent non-league battle against Panther Creek (Cary, NC)
