North Carolina High School Softball - Jack Britt Harnett Central

Harnett Central Trojans (Angier, NC) fans went home satisfied Monday as they witnessed their softball team tip the host Jack Britt Buccaneers (Fayetteville, NC), 16-10 in a non-league battle.

The Trojans now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Johnston for a Carolina Pines 6A battle on Tuesday, March 3.

With the loss, Jack Britt moves to 0-2 on the season. The Buccaneers host Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC) to confront the Colts in a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 4. The Colts come into the battle with a record of 1-0. Cape Fear won 7-0 in their recent non-league challenge against North Johnston (Kenly, NC)
