Alabama High School Softball - Sheffield bounces Tanner

The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Sheffield Bulldogs (Sheffield, AL) and the visiting Tanner Rattlers (Tanner, AL), observed Sheffield's softball team prevail over Tanner by a tally of 27-15.

The Bulldogs (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Phil Campbell (Phil Campbell, AL). The Bobcats enter the 3A Area 14 contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Phil Campbell was routed by Tishomingo County (Iuka, MS), 8-4, in a non-league contest.

The Rattlers now hold a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Mae Jemison for a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 3. Tanner will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Woodville (Woodville, AL). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-3.
