The Gulfport Admirals softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host North Pike Jaguars to 7 in the Admirals non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Gulfport improves its record to 10-3 on the year. The Admirals host Long Beach (Long Beach, MS) to clash with the Bearcats in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 23. The Bearcats come into the game with a record of 4-4. Long Beach lost 10-0 in their recent non-league game against St. Martin (Ocean Springs, MS)

In their next game, the Jaguars clash with the Madison Central Jaguars (Madison, MS) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 20. North Pike will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Jaguars come into the game with a 4-3 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Northwest Rankin (Brandon, MS).
