In Monday's non-league game, the host Orangeburg Prep Indians baseball team scored a tight 9-4 victory over the Calhoun Academy Cavaliers.
The Indians (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Hilton Head Prep (Hilton Head Island, SC). The Dolphins go into the non-league game with a 10-2 record. In their last game, Hilton Head Prep tipped Hilton Head Christian Academy (Hilton Head Island, SC), 6-5, in a league game.
The Cavaliers (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Dorchester Academy (St. George, SC). The Raiders go into the SCISA AA Region I game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Dorchester Academy was overwhelmed by Colleton Prep Academy (Walterboro, SC), 6-2, in a non-league game.
