The Goddard Rockets baseball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Clovis Wildcats to 0 in the Rockets non-league victory on Monday.
The Rockets (8-1) will now prepare for their match against Artesia (Artesia, NM). The Bulldogs go into the match with a 0-4 record. In their last match, Artesia was overwhelmed by Lovington (Lovington, NM), 13-1, in a league match.
The Wildcats (2-12) will now prepare for their match against Portales (Portales, NM). The Rams go into the non-league match with a 3-2 record.
