Illinois High School Lacrosse - Metea Valley drops to St. Charles East/North

March 20, 2023: St. Charles, IL

St. Charles East/North Fighting Saints (St. Charles, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL), 17-5 in a non-league test.

The Fighting Saints now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hinsdale Central for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 22. St. Charles East/North will face a Red Devils squad coming off a 21-1 league win over Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL). The Red Devils record now stands at 1-0.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Lincoln-Way Central/Lincoln-Way East/Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, March 22. Metea Valley will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
