The Spanish Springs Cougars softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Carson Senators to 8 in the Cougars league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Spanish Springs improves its record to 3-2 on the year. The Cougars travel to Galena (Reno, NV) to clash with the Grizzlies in a game on Wednesday, March 29. The Grizzlies come into the game with a record of 0-2. Galena lost 13-3 in their recent league game against Reed (Sparks, NV)

In their next game, the Senators clash with the Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 31. Carson will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
