The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the North Stafford Wolverines (Stafford, VA) and the host Massaponax Panthers (Spotsylvania, VA), saw North Stafford's lacrosse team achieve victory over Massaponax by a margin of 11-6.
The Wolverines (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Colonial Forge (Stafford, VA). The Eagles enter the Commonwealth challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Colonial Forge was overwhelmed by Patriot (Nokesville, VA), 12-4, in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Mountain View (Stafford, VA). The Wildcats enter the Commonwealth challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Mountain View edged Stafford (Falmouth, VA), 20-0, in a league challenge.
