The South Brunswick Cougars (Southport, NC) lacrosse tipped the visiting New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC), 4-3 in Monday's league outing.

With the win, South Brunswick upgrades its record to 1-5 on the season. The Cougars host Laney (Wilmington, NC) to battle the Buccaneers in a Mideastern outing on Tuesday, March 21. The Buccaneers go into the outing with a record of 5-1. Laney won 18-2 in their recent league outing against New Hanover (Wilmington, NC)

With the defeat, New Hanover drops to 1-5 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Topsail (Hampstead, NC) to battle the Pirates in a Mideastern outing on Tuesday, March 21.
