In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting Allen County-Scottsville Patriots softball team scored a nice 13-2 win over the Bowling Green Purples.

Coming up next, the Patriots battle the Monroe County Falcons (Tompkinsville, KY) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, March 21. Allen County-Scottsville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record.

The Purples (0-2) will now prepare for their outing against Franklin-Simpson (Franklin, KY). The Wildcats enter the non-league outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Franklin-Simpson was routed by Butler County (Morgantown, KY), 5-3, in a non-league outing.
