The St. John's Cadets baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Archbishop Carroll Lions to 2 in the Cadets league victory on Wednesday.
The Cadets (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Archbishop Spalding (Severn, MD). The Cavaliers go into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Archbishop Spalding gained a win over St. Albans (Washington, DC), 10-0, in a non-league match.
The Lions (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD). The Falcons go into the Washington Catholic match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Our Lady of Good Counsel was overwhelmed by DeMatha (Hyattsville, MD), 4-3, in a league match.
