Hendersonville lost 12-3 in their recent league test against R-S Central (Rutherfordton, NC)

With the defeat, Draughn falls to 7-1 on the season. The Wildcats host Mitchell (Bakersville, NC) to battle the Mountaineers in a Western Highlands 1A/2A test on Tuesday, March 26. The Mountaineers come into the test with a record of 4-4.
