With the win, Monta Vista upgrades its record to 6-4 on the year. The Matadors travel to Lynbrook (San Jose, CA) to play the Vikings in a SCVAL - De Anza bout on Friday, March 22. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 9-7. Lynbrook lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Cupertino (Cupertino, CA)

The Spartans now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Harker for a SCVAL - De Anza bout on Friday, March 22. Mountain View will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Homestead (Cupertino, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-4.
