Princeton Vikings (Cincinnati, OH) followers exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the host Dixie Heights Colonels (Edgewood, KY), 9-8 in a non-league battle.
The Vikings now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chillicothe for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 4.
In their next game, the Colonels clash with the North Oldham Mustangs (Goshen, KY) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 23. Dixie Heights will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Mustangs come into the battle with a 4-1 record after their 19-12 non-league win over Cooper (Union, KY).
