California High School Baseball - Ponderosa loses to McClatchy

The Ponderosa Bruins baseball team (Shingle Springs, CA), was overwhelmed 7-3 in Wednesday's non-league outing with the visiting McClatchy Lions (Sacramento, CA)

The Lions now hold a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Casa Roble for a non-league outing on Friday, March 22. McClatchy will confront a Rams team coming off a 11-6 non-league win over Inderkum (Sacramento, CA). The Rams record now stands at 3-2.

Next, the Bruins confront the Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, March 22. Ponderosa will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Trojans go into the outing with a 5-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Lodi (Lodi, CA).
