The Mountain View Spartans got by the visiting Los Altos Eagles softball squad by a final score of 10-9 in Wednesday's league battle.

The Spartans (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Los Gatos (Los Gatos, CA). The Wildcats go into the battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Los Gatos was edged by Branham (San Jose, CA), 7-5, in a non-league battle.

The Eagles now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Cupertino for a battle on Wednesday, March 27. Los Altos will meet a Pioneers squad coming off a 15-5 league loss to Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA). The Pioneers record now stands at 0-4.
