In Wednesday's league test, the host Jefferson County Wild lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-6 victory over the Musselman Applemen.
The Wild now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Rockingham for a test on Friday, March 22. Jefferson County will face a MudDogs squad coming off a 8-7 league loss to Hedgesville (Hedgesville, WV). The MudDogs record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Applemen face the Varsity Opponent (, ) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 5. Musselman will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
