The Bayshore Bruins (Bradenton, FL) softball routed the host Booker Tornadoes (Sarasota, FL), 25-2 in Wednesday's league challenge.
The Bruins now own a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Family Christian Academy for a challenge on Thursday, April 4.
With the loss, Booker falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Tornadoes travel to Braden River (Bradenton, FL) to battle the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 21. The Pirates enter the challenge with a record of 6-5. Braden River lost 9-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Manatee (Bradenton, FL)
