The Lake Norman Charter Knights softball team (Huntersville, NC), was routed 10-0 in Wednesday's league test with the visiting East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC)

Coming up next, the Mustangs encounter the Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC) in a South Piedmont 3A test, on Thursday, March 21. East Rowan will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 4-1 record after their 12-2 league win over Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC).

The Knights (2-5) will now prepare for their test against South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Raiders come into the South Piedmont 3A test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, South Rowan overcame Robinson (Concord, NC), 13-3, in a league test.
