Spectators at Wednesday's league match between the Gunderson Grizzlies (San Jose, CA) and the visiting Yerba Buena Aztec Warriors (San Jose, CA), witnessed Gunderson's softball squad prevail over Yerba Buena by a count of 19-11.

The Grizzlies now sport a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Independence for a West Valley match on Friday, March 22. Gunderson will face a 76ers squad coming off a 28-18 league win over Evergreen Valley (San Jose, CA). The 76ers record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Yerba Buena moves to 0-3 on the season. The Aztec warriors travel to Del Mar (San Jose, CA) to face the Dons in a West Valley match on Friday, March 22. The Dons go into the match with a record of 4-0. Del Mar won 12-2 in their recent league match against San Jose (San Jose, CA)
