West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC), 13-10 in a league challenge.

The Falcons now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Davie for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 21. West Rowan will face a War Eagles squad coming off a 16-0 league win over Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC). The War Eagles record now stands at 6-4.

With the loss, Robinson falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Concord (Concord, NC) to face the Spiders in a South Piedmont 3A challenge on Tuesday, March 26. The Spiders enter the challenge with a record of 3-4.
