The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Columbia Christian Crusaders (Magnolia, AR) and the visiting Blevins Hornets (Blevins, AR), witnessed Columbia Christian's baseball team knock off Blevins by a count of 15-0.
The Crusaders now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lafayette County for a 1A Region 8 challenge on Friday, March 21. Columbia Christian will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Blevins (Blevins, AR). The Cougars record now stands at 1-2.
With the defeat, Blevins drops to 0-3 on the year. The Hornets travel to Centerpoint (Amity, AR) to clash with the Knights in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 1. The Knights go into the challenge with a record of 2-3.
