The Whitesburg Christian Academy Warriors (Huntsville, AL) baseball trounced the visiting Brindlee Mountain Lions (Guntersville, AL), 18-2 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Warriors now own a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Red Bay for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 22. Whitesburg Christian Academy will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to Hatton (Town Creek, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 9-5.
With the defeat, Brindlee Mountain drops to 3-11 on the year. The Lions travel to Columbia (Huntsville, AL) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 22. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 2-9.
