The Riverside Bulldogs (Avon, MS) baseball trounced the visiting North Side Gators (Shelby, MS), 17-5 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 11-4 record. They take the field next when they host Yazoo County for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 21. Riverside will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Benton Academy (Benton, MS). The Panthers record now stands at 5-5.
With the defeat, North Side drops to 0-3 on the year. The Gators host Edwards (Ruleville, MS) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 24. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 0-1.
