The Siegel Stars baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Oakland Patriots to 4 in the Stars non-league win on Thursday.

The Stars now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host Middle Tennessee Christian for a non-league test on Friday, March 21. Siegel will play a Cougars team coming off a 13-3 league win over University School of Nashville (Nashville, TN). The Cougars record now stands at 3-4.

With the defeat, Oakland drops to 3-8 on the year. The Patriots host Marian Catholic (Chicago Heights, IL) to play the Spartans in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 25. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 2-1. Marian Catholic won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against De La Salle (Chicago, IL)
