In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Freedom Falcons volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Pittsburg Pirates.
The Falcons (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA). The Falcons enter the non-league challenge with a 0-11 record.
Next, the Pirates meet the Benicia Panthers (Benicia, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 21. Pittsburg will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 8-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Hercules (Hercules, CA).
