California High School Volleyball - Pacific Lutheran can't hold off Compton Early College

In Thursday's league match, the Compton Early College Rising Phoenix (Compton, CA) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Pacific Lutheran Stingrays (Gardena, CA), by a count of 3-2.
Next up, the Rising Phoenix confront the Shalhevet Firehawks (Los Angeles, CA) in a Mulholland match, on Tuesday, March 25. Compton Early College will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record. The Firehawks enter the match with a 6-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) (Los Angeles, CA).
The Stingrays (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Environmental Charter (Lawndale, CA). The White Tigers enter the Mulholland match with a 6-8 record.
