Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Heritage Patriots (Menifee, CA) and the visiting Lakeside Lancers (Lake Elsinore, CA), observed Heritage's volleyball team top Lakeside by a count of 3-1.

The Patriots (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty (Winchester, CA). The Bison enter the non-league contest with a 11-8 record.

Next, the Lancers battle the Canyon Springs Cougars (Moreno Valley, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 1. Lakeside will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 5-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Perris (Perris, CA).
