California High School Volleyball - La Costa Canyon over Westview

The La Costa Canyon Mavericks volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Westview Wolverines to 1 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Mavericks now possess a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Scripps Ranch for a non-league outing on Friday, March 21. La Costa Canyon will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 3-2 league win over Clairemont (San Diego, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 11-5.

With the loss, Westview drops to 4-7 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Sanger (Sanger, CA) to clash with the Apaches in a non-league outing on Friday, March 21. The Apaches come into the outing with a record of 8-3. Sanger won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Clovis West (Fresno, CA)
