Lanier Longhorns (Sugar Hill, GA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the visiting Duluth Wildcats (Duluth, GA), 8-6 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Lanier improves its record to 4-4 on the season. The Longhorns host Grayson (Loganville, GA) to play the Rams in a non-league game on Monday, March 24. The Rams come into the game with a record of 2-10. Grayson won 18-1 in their recent league game against Norcross (Norcross, GA)

The Wildcats now have a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Peachtree Ridge for a non-league game on Friday, March 21. Duluth will play a Lions team coming off a 12-9 league win over Dacula (Dacula, GA). The Lions record now stands at 4-5.
