North Carolina High School Soccer - Cornerstone Charter knocks off Piedmont Classical

March 20, 2025: Greensboro, NC 27409

In Thursday's league outing, the host Cornerstone Charter Cardinals soccer squad scored a tight 6-0 victory over the Piedmont Classical Bobcats.

The Cardinals (8-0) will now prepare for their outing against Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Storm go into the non-league outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Southern Guilford got by Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC), 2-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Bobcats play the Triad Math and Science Academy Bengals (Greensboro, NC) in a Northwest Piedmont 1A outing, on Tuesday, March 25. Piedmont Classical will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Bengals go into the outing with a 0-2 record after their 1-0 league loss to Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC).
