In Thursday's league test, the Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) lacrosse team overwhelmed the host Cary Imps (Cary, NC), by a count of 15-2.

The Mustangs now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Apex for a Southwest Wake challenge on Tuesday, March 25. Middle Creek will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 17-1 league win over Panther Creek (Cary, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 8-0.

With the loss, Cary falls to 2-8 on the year. The Imps travel to Northern Durham (Durham, NC) to clash with the Knights in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 24. The Knights go into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Northern Durham lost 10-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Voyager Academy (Durham, NC)
