In Thursday's league challenge, the host St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-8 triumph over the Sacred Heart Prep Gators.

The Wildcats (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA). The Wildcats go into the non-league challenge with a 8-1 record. In their last challenge, Marin Catholic held off De La Salle (Concord, CA), 14-8, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Gators clash with the De La Salle Spartans (Concord, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 22. Sacred Heart Prep will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Spartans go into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 14-8 non-league loss to Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA).
