In Thursday's league match, the host Balboa Buccaneers softball team scored a nice 18-0 victory over the Burton Pumas.
The Buccaneers (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Lincoln (San Francisco, CA). The Mustangs go into the Academic Athletic Association match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Lincoln gained a win over Burton (San Francisco, CA), 26-0, in a non-league match.
