The East Valley Knights softball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Clarkston Bantams to 5 in the Knights league win on Thursday.

The Knights now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Deer Park for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 25. East Valley will confront a Stags team coming off a 26-1 non-league win over North Central (Spokane, WA). The Stags record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, Clarkston moves to 1-1 on the season. The Bantams host Pullman (Pullman, WA) to confront the Greyhounds in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane battle on Saturday, March 22. The Greyhounds come into the battle with a record of 1-0. Pullman won 31-4 in their recent league battle against North Central (Spokane, WA)
