California High School Softball - Plumas Charter bested by CORE Butte

The CORE Butte Lynx triumphed over the visiting Plumas Charter Warriors softball squad by a count of 12-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Lynx meet the Quincy Trojans (Quincy, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 20. CORE Butte will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 10-6 non-league win over Oasis Academy (Fallon, NV).

The Warriors (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Weed (Weed, CA). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Weed was routed by Burney (Burney, CA), 14-5, in a non-league challenge.
