California High School Softball - Newport Harbor knocked off by Edison

March 20, 2025: Huntington Beach, CA 92646

In Thursday's league test, the Edison Chargers (Huntington Beach, CA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Newport Harbor Sailors (Newport Beach, CA), by a tally of 12-2.

Next, the Chargers meet the Tesoro Titans (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 22. Edison will attempt to advance on its 4-6 season record. The Titans go into the test with a 5-3 record after their 3-1 non-league win over JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, CA).

The Sailors (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Woodbridge (Irvine, CA). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Woodbridge toppled Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
