In Thursday's league test, the North Pike Jaguars (Summit, MS) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Natchez Bulldogs (Natchez, MS), by a count of 15-0.

Next, the Jaguars meet the Brookhaven Panthers (Brookhaven, MS) in a 5A Region 3 test, on Tuesday, March 25. North Pike will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 10-7 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Yazoo County (Yazoo City, MS).

The Bulldogs (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Brookhaven (Brookhaven, MS). The Panthers go into the 5A Region 3 test with a 10-7 record.
