The Fulton Steamers nipped the visiting Morrison Mustangs baseball squad by a score of 3-2 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Steamers encounter the Newman Central Catholic Comets (Sterling, IL) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 23. Fulton will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Comets go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 11-3 league win over Rockridge (Taylor Ridge, IL).
