North Carolina High School Softball - St. Pauls Overhills

March 20, 2026: Spring Lake, NC 28390

The St. Pauls Bulldogs softball squad (St. Pauls, NC), was routed 18-15 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Overhills Jaguars (Spring Lake, NC)

With the triumph, Overhills improves its record to 5-3 on the year. The Jaguars host Hoke County (Raeford, NC) to clash with the Bucks in a Mid-South 7A/8A bout on Tuesday, March 24. The Bucks go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Hoke County won 12-1 in their recent non-league bout against Red Springs (Red Springs, NC)

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the E.E. Smith Golden Bulls (Fayetteville, NC) in a Eastern Sandhills 5A/6A bout, on Tuesday, March 24. St. Pauls will attempt to advance on its 1-7 season record. The Golden Bulls go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 17-6 non-league loss to Lakewood (Roseboro, NC).
