North Carolina High School Baseball - Sugar Creek loses to Piedmont Community Charter

In Monday's league game, the host Piedmont Community Charter Patriots baseball team scored a nice 17-0 victory over the Sugar Creek Wildcats.
The Patriots (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Comets go into the Metro Eight 1A game with a 0-5 record. In their last game, Carolina International was overwhelmed by South Davidson (Denton, NC), 20-9, in a non-league game.
The Wildcats (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC). The Cardinals go into the Metro Eight 1A game with a 0-5 record. In their last game, Corvian Community was overwhelmed by Christ the King (Huntersville, NC), 6-3, in a non-league game.
