The Mountain Lions now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Whitley County for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 22. Pineville will battle a Colonels squad coming off a 19-4 non-league loss to Pulaski County (Somerset, KY). The Colonels record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Harlan falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Green dragons host Leslie County (Hyden, KY) to battle the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 24. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 1-2. Leslie County lost 15-0 in their recent league challenge against Hazard (Hazard, KY)
