Hoover Huskies (Clendenin, WV) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Wayne Pioneers (Wayne, WV), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Huskies now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Winfield for a Cardinal challenge on Thursday, March 24. Hoover will battle a Generals squad coming off a 14-7 non-league win over Buffalo (Buffalo, WV). The Generals record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Wayne falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Poca (Poca, WV) to battle the The Dots in a Cardinal challenge on Wednesday, March 30. The The Dots enter the challenge with a record of 0-1.
