In Monday's league outing, the visiting Page Pirates softball team scored a nice 20-0 win over the Western Guilford Hornets.
Coming up next, the Pirates battle the Northern Guilford Nighthawks (Greensboro, NC) in a Metro 4A outing, on Tuesday, March 22. Page will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Nighthawks enter the outing with a 5-3 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Northern Durham (Durham, NC).
The Hornets (0-7) will now prepare for their outing against Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Falcons enter the Metro 4A outing with a 3-3 record. In their last outing, Southeast Guilford was routed by Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC), 9-1, in a league outing.
